I arrived for my recent appointment and as seen very quickly. Dr Wallaston is very kind and helpful. She is also very good at following up on referrals and checking my general health. I have every confidence in her. The reception staff and nurses are all very friendly and helpful. It is never nice to have to go to the doctor but they all make it as nice as it can be, we are very lucky to have The Glebe.

To me everything is fine, no need to change anything that I can see.

The staff at the surgery are polite and helpful. They ask appropriate questions and check or signpost other ways to seek help. I explained I had been to the pharmacist and had been advised to go to the GO if their advice did not solve the issue. I had then had a phone consultation which again had not solved the issue. This was why I had been advised to contact the surgery. They made me an appointment to see my gp

Dr Sherwell is an exceptional doctor who listens understands and gives his all. You should be proud and honoured to have him at this practice

Reception staff extremely approachable, very friendly, helpful and efficient. I cannot praise Dr Sherwell highly enough, he is incredible, really listens and gives options going forward whilst clearly explaining in an understandable manner and reassuring any worries. I feel very lucky being looked after by an absolute professional who really cares!
